Metastatic Pattern of Spread of Olfactory Neuroblastoma  adult

Introduction: Also known as esthesioneuroblastoma. This small round blue cell tumor involves the olfactory nerves and often presents as a mass within the nasal cavity. It may invade the paranasal sinuses or the brain through the cribriform plate.

Late metastasis is often described.

Prevalence: Very Rare Metastasis Frequency: Common
