Metastasis: Hypoenhancing Spleen Lesion

Cancers are sorted by a combination of rarity, overall frequency of metastases, and predilection for this site.

Hodgkin's Lymphoma Common adultchild Most commonly radiographically occult, but can present with hypoattenuating nodules or as splenomegaly. Splenomegaly (especially mild) does not imply involvement, however.
Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Uncommon adultchild can be radiographically occult, manifest as enlargement of the spleen, or manifest as focal lesions
